With 13 years experience in managing technology projects, I am currently working as Manager Professional Services at du, a telecommunication operator in U.A.E with revenue AED 3.95 billion as of Dec '08 increased by 157% YoY basis and reaching 3.4 million customers after just 21 months in operation. In du I am leading cross functional team with responsibility of delivering complex solutions and managing enterprise customers to enhance their service experience.
Prior to du, I was Sr. Project Manager/business process consultant at Ultimus, where I steered several strategic projects and provide consulting to major verticals in the region. The project I led effectively gives sustainable benefits to organizations and focuses on improving efficiency, increasing performance, and managing change.
While at Farabi, I led the team of technology consultants, work closely with Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) and successfully delivered several EAI projects.
