I have worked for many technical magazines in Dubai, Emirates, writing in both Arabic and English language, garnering a vast experience in technical writing, varying from electronic gadgets, mobile phones, to videogames.
I also run an Arabic Entrepreneurial Blog (blog.shabayek.com) to talk about: Startups, e/Marketing for the SMB, Sales, Advertising techniques. I also interview entrepreneurs, review books, and write motivational essays. My blog is considered among the best Arabic blogs on the internet.

As i2 company (Itsalat Intl.) is considered one of the major mobile phones distributor in over 22 countries in the Middleast and Africa, starting from KSA with an HQ in Emirates, i2 wanted to initiate a magazine in Arabic, that would enhance the Arabian user experience with his/her mobile phone, and so wanted to provide the Arabian readership with a monthly magazine to make it happen. I'm privileged to be under the helm, making this vision come true.
My duties vary from:
- Writing about international and local markets’ news and events.
- Reviewing mobile phones and accessories, citing their Pros & Cons.
- Preparing stories and special features about major ongoing events.
- Interviewing key industry personnels.
- Managing freelancers and content providers for each issue.
